Schools, Pre-schools & Nurseries
Once again we have invited local schools, pre-schools and nurseries from the surrounding area to place scarecrows around the village. These Scarecrows can be identified by a letter rather than a number. They will be judged separately by a representative of Kimble’s to be awarded the prizes as detailed below.  Though for the first time this year you can also vote for your favourite, please see further details on the voting forms you receive with the purchase of a Scarecrow Guide.

We are delighted that this category is this year being sponsored by
Kimble’s Music and Movement who deliver fun and educational music and activities for Pre-schools, Nurseries and Schools. With great songs and a mix of music from around the world Kimble’s have created their own songs, music and movement programme based on movement and multi-sensory activities that stimulate early learning and development. They also provide a wide range or resources, music and ideas to keep their program stimulating, fun and educational for all involved, and have generously offered the following prizes:
1st Prize - £100 Prize Basket
2nd Prize - £75 Prize Basket
3rd Prize - £50 Prize Basket
